Your ideas stay tied to your account.

Vera stores the startup ideas, practice conversations, reports, and account details needed to run the customer discovery practice product.

We use this data to generate customer cards, continue saved sessions, prepare reports, manage access to free and paid runs, and improve reliability. We do not sell your idea or conversation data.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Those providers receive the minimum information needed to provide their services.

To request deletion or export of account data, contact the Vera team from the same email address used for the account.
